Hi Folks, I am about 2 weeks pre-surgery and having the sleeve. I have read about potentially having mood swings after this procedure, and am worrying about this? Does anyone have any views/thoughts.

Hi there, someone told me that drinking ice cold water makes it easier, because it lowers the viscosity of water, thereby making it easier for you to take in more. And drinking room temperature water is more filling. That's what I heard 🙂
