Soups- puréed or broth based soups with soft cooked vegetables.

    I like to eat cottage cheese. The cottage cheese I eat is Good Culture. I put some berries on my cottage cheese to make it a sugary protein snack.

    I think meat is your best source of proteins. However, here are some other sources of proteins like beans, eggs, cottage cheese, yogurt, nut butters, jerky, some protein chips like quest chips and Wilde protein chips.

    I think exercising outside is good because you are in the sun and that gives you vitamin D.

    Maybe try different types of water like the plain water or the sparkling water or flavored water. Try the water either cold or hot and see if that works for you.

    Maybe they hate cottage cheese because they put bad ingredients in the cottage cheese. I heard that the best cottage cheese is the good culture.
