  1. havent been on in ever sooo sorry !!! app with my doc in 2 weeks desperatly need it havent lost any weight since july only inches

  2. my fills usually take 2 to 3 weeks to tighten up, sadley today i realized i cant eat cottage cheese anymore!

  21. When i first set my goal i wanted to be 150, i am currently 54.8 pounds away, i would like to reach goal at the latest by christmas, that gives me 184 days to lose 54.8 pounds!!

  22. Decided im Putting away the scale only gonna weigh myself once a week, everyday is a little to much if i dont lose from the day before i find myself getting upset
