I am currently doing my pre op requirements and am on month 3 out of 6. Any tips on staying motivated I am down 28lbs so far with a requirement of only 17lbs before surgery

Unfortunately none of my friends need a vsg lol but my family is very supportive seeing my clothes get baggy has been a great motivation as well as the compliments I have received I will look into the books and videos u have recommended I also follow a few people on tiktok who are in their preop phase as well

Thank you for this! I have noticed that I’ve had more energy lately than ever and have felt excitement for the first time thinking about how far I can go! At the moment I am feeling highly motivated
