How long were you out of work for Post op?

I doubt two weeks is enough. I am a nurse in an ICU, and I know I couldn't go back that soon. Maybe if ALL of your patients are walkie-talkie types, but my doc said absolutely not, 4 weeks minimum. It's basically the weight restriction, lifting or pulling is prohibited. And kind of required in my job at least.
