I'm really going to try and make the Monday night meeting. I really would like the suport of everyone. If you get another fill, try 1/2 cc and see how you feel.

I wish I could lose 2 pounds a week. I'm so up and down it's awful. I'm like you one week down several pounds then next day up 3. Doesn't make sense. Food just tastes so good to me. That's my problem.

You might want to hold off. I saw Vicky today. She was really nice. She took out 1/2 cc and I feel really good now. Last night and this morning was the pits. Felt like something was stuck the whole time plus major heartburn at the same time.

Congrats on the weightloss. I was 232 today. Not bad for starting at 273 at the end of June. I can't wait until I'm under 200.... I'll have to go shopping.

And I have stoped making noises. I called my mom last night- she could hear it on the other side. Thats how loud it was.

You really don't want to be tight going out of town. It feels really yucky. I had to fall asleep last night sitting up.

Hot choc. was good tonight. I tried eatting dinner and again felt stuck and then vomited several times. I'm going to only have warm liquids over the weekend and see how I feel on Monday.

She put in 1cc. So I'm at 6cc's right now. Anything I have drank today I have made noise. Right now I'm trying a yogurt and I have the same noise too. If this goes on all weekend I may have to go in and have her take some out. On a plus side, I ate breakfast at 5am this morning, drank milk at noon and I'm just now hungry.

How are you feeling today? I went in for a fill this morning. This time I felt it, but not bad. I love haivng Deanna.

Have a question for you. Do you gurgle now when you drink fluids? Since I have left their office everything I drink makes noise. I called her when I got home and she said as we get closer to our sweet spot or are there we will make more noise when we eat. This is going to be weird and embarassing.

I'm going in on Thursday for my second fill. I hope it helps with the 5 hours too. Some days I think I'm close to 5 hours- others I feel hungry an hour or two later. Good luck with this fill. My mother in law had surgery in July in Mexico. Not sure what cc's shes at but she still eats like a horse. I'm hopeing she will go in for a fill soon. She says she never feels full and after watching her eat at Christmas- not to be mean. She really needs one. She ate more than I normally did before the surgery. Plus she hasn't stopped eatting bread, rice, pasta or potatoes. And she loved her stuffing. It made me feel guilty when she saw my plate.

I'm going to call in the morning. I feel a tiny bit of restriction, but like you I would like more. 5 bites would be nice. Have you lost any weight weight with your 2 fills?

So when they talk about restriction ~ is that when you feel full fast or the tighness of the feel in your throat?

How are ou doing today after the 3rd fill? I go in next week- but might call today and see if I can get in earlier.

I just don't know what I should feel and what is a sweet spot.

I have my next fill on Jan. 12th. How much did she add this time? I ate a piece of summer sausage last night forgeting about chewing well and it got stuck. This morning had me down 4 pounds- but I'm sure after eatting crackers, meat & cheese with all the sodium I'll will come right back on again.

How was your second fill? Do you feel anything different? I have noticed yesterday & today I'm not as hungry. Hope it stays that way for a bit.

I had Deanna too. I loved her. I made my next two appt's with her aswell. I have a stupid question. How do we know when we have restriction or that sweet spot? I guess I don't really know what I'm looking for. And yes- I'm really pretty hungry today. NNWLS seems to be on top of everything. I see some posts on the website that people are only getting fills once every month or more. Some go months without one. I hope it just takes a few to get to that spot. I worry about having 5cc right now. Thats half of what we can get. What happends when we reach 10cc and we still arent' losing weight? I guess I need to think positive. And we

ll do great after 3 fills 4 at the most.

How did you feel after the first fill? At first I felt fine- I was able to sip the water. Later in the day food seemed to be fine, but drinking felt like it wasn't going down right. I'm like you- not much weight loss. I think most of mine this last week was water. My Dr put me on a water pill to see if it would help with my blood pressure.

I do get full- but it seems to take more than 1 cup. And I still have a problem stopping. I really need to work on using the tiny plate for me and no seconds.

How are you doing? Did you make it through Christmas & the snow ok?

I had my first fill today. I was so scared- but then I felt nothing. I now have 5cc's in my 10cc band. I can already tell the difference. Did you feel that after your first fill? Did you gon in today for another fill?

I ate too many of the wrong things over the holidays. I only lost 3.8 pounds in the last 4 weeks. I was down 8 pounds at one time. Need to eat better thats for sure.

I haven't gone anywhere in the snow. I'm in Monroe and we have 14 inches of snow at my house. My husband has been taking my jeep so he can get to work. He works right off of 128th & I-5 at Comcast up the hill. I had to cancel my interview- but it was ok because she didn't make it into the office either. Their office is in Northgate- but the job opening is for a clinic in Monroe- Temp job while someone is out.

I can't wait for the first fill.

What type of work do you do? I worked at Children's for 8 years and was let go in May by a bully supervisor. I talked with a lawyer and they said Washington is an at will state. They can fire someone for the color of your hair. Unemployement has been good and they just extened it another 20 weeks. Just not as much money coming in. Christmas will be tight this year. But at least it will be white. lol

Snow has even made it worse. Today is payday and I can't get anywhere. lol Maybe thats a good thing.

I'm glad it didn't hurt. That is my biggest fear. Do they normally do two fills in one month? My 1st one is the 29th. I can feel the port while standing but not when laying down. How do they find it?

I'm not going to be able to get to the meeting on Thursday. I have a job interview in Northgate for a medical office in Monroe. I'm pretty excited. I haven't worked since May. Not many jobs out ther right now. I talked with Dr Michaelson and he will hire me after the fisrt of the year if they start getting more business. I have my fingers crossed.

I think the meeting is the 3rd Thursday of the month. I'll check my packet again to make sure. If not- I missed it.
