I'v always been in pretty good shape. I was a dancer most of my life, but when I graduated highschool all my physical activity stopped. I slowly gained weight and out of no where by the time I was 21 i had gained 100lbs. I tried every diet, diet pill you could imagine. Weight Watchers does work BUT you have to stick to it. My husband agreed to get me surgery but I was too scared to have the gastric bypass because its perminate! So I looked into the lapband, got care credit (the best) and got the surgery done!
