Forgot to post yesterday...(Sunday) Swam for 30 minutes Monday: 20 minutes on treadmill at 3.5-3.8 Lower body workout, 4 reps of 8. Time for Calgon to take me away!

Marie, My doctor told me to wait 6 weeks to do weights, I am not sure if they all say the same thing or not. Just check with your doctor. Good luck!

Treadmill 20 minutes at 3.0 - 3.5 Upper body Lower body workouts. Did better today. Went at 3PM and the gym was not too crowded, felt more comfortable!

I had my surgery on Wednesday May 31st, I was back at work on Tuesday. No pain what so ever, I did not have to take any pain meds. I have lost 37#'s so far. I would do it again in a heartbeat! I am sure you will find more people on here who would say the same. It should not interfer with your work schedule, just take something you can eat to work with you. I wish you all the best in whatever you decide! -
20 minutes on the treadmill at 3.5 40 minutes upper and lower body workout.... we'll see if I can walk tomorrow! (yep....I can walk!):heh:

Ok, My DH wanted crab cakes for dinner, knowing I could not eat them I made them for him and DD. Thought...hmmm.... I will bake a flounder for me and have some. OMG... I will never eat fish again. I don't know if it was too dry or what the hell, but I have never experienced anything like that before in my life. Thought maybe I was gonna throw up, oh no, couldn't be that easy, just a pain in my chest, eyes watering, spit coming up in my mouth... never again! I might go back to mushies...LOL!:faint:
