I was banded on 3/21 and I eat 3 full glasses of high Protein at 7 a.m., 12 noon and 5 p.m. I mix two tablespoons of Peanut Butter (8 grams of protein), 1 cup of high protein milk (10 grams) and 1/3 cup of whey Protein powder (25 grams) and 3 ice cubes...It is very satisfying and kills the hunger pains...I also eat yogurt or Jello in between the shakes...I only lost 5 lbs but I don't like being hungry either! Good luck! Let me know how you like the shake if you try it...it taste like a Reese candy cup but is high in protein (43 grams per meal)!!
