Hi there! I have had 2 fills and the next on 12/30. I have lost 25 lbs after surgery and 15 before. I feel like I am overeating sometimes and not the right things. Sometimes I find my self wanting to eat when I am for sure not hungry. I think I need to plan my meals and snacks better, considering I do have a desk job and used to sit and eat!!:crying:

Hey banded! How is your banded life going? I have found that I can't have cookie dough in my house. I can say no to most things, but not cookie dough! I guess it is good that I learn that lesson early.
Have you had your first fill yet? Second?

Hi Julie Ann, I love your posts. I need this kind of help too. We were banded around the same time and the same weight. And I think I need some help with nutrition and portion control. Hi, I am so glad I found this site. I was banded on 9/17/08. I still have lots of questions about post op feelings and nausea. I hope to learn what I can here and make my band work for me. Thanks!:girl_hug:
