Hi there! I have had 2 fills and the next on 12/30. I have lost 25 lbs after surgery and 15 before. I feel like I am overeating sometimes and not the right things. Sometimes I find my self wanting to eat when I am for sure not hungry. I think I need to plan my meals and snacks better, considering I do have a desk job and used to sit and eat!!:crying:

Hi Julie Ann, I love your posts. I need this kind of help too. We were banded around the same time and the same weight. And I think I need some help with nutrition and portion control.
