Before side view on left at 300 pounds and on right at 161. I was 295 morning of surgery. Its been about a year and a half and I've lost 134 pounds. Its difficult to believe that I was ever that size now. I don't even remember who that person was anymor

Hello, I was banded November 3, 2009 and am down 96 lbs. My weight loss has slowed, but I'm content. Trying to find more time in my busy schedule to do more exercise. I use to walk about 4 to 5 days a week, but since it is so darn hot, I had to let that go. I have about 54 more lbs to loose before I am at my goal. -

Hi All, I haven't posted in a while, but am happy to report that I am down 82lbs!!!!:smile2::thumbup::thumbdown: Besides working, I've been walking at least 3 1/2 miles 3 to 4 days a week. I hope everyone else is doing well!!:blushing: -

What do you think ladies????? Need to work on the arms a little more, thats why I put on a shirt under my corset. However the arms are toning to my satisfaction. Yaaaaaaaaaa no more bat wings.
