Hey Ireneeeeee!!!!! Have lost 10 lbs so far. Not too difficult. But am just now starting to have hunger. Am not sure if it is real hunger, or just me wanting to chew something. Maybe I'll get one of those dried out pigs ears they sell for dogs and chew on it. LOL

I know exercise is a life long committment. However, I only have 1 more week to finish my committment prior to surgery. Getting closer all the time. YaaaaY me!!! And Yaaaay you for your incredible weight loss and caring and uplifting words.

One more week of exercising to go. Had nutrition visit. Then everything goes to insurance company on jan 20th. supposed to have 48 hr turn around. Have missed u on the chat. Peace Out, as my daughter says
