  1. Hi there!! Thanks for sharing your experience! I will let you know that mounjaro does make my reflux worse!! because it slows down my digestion. It also causes constipation in some people. But if you don’t have these issues it’s good! I have not had it yet but I’m going to get vsg. However I do wish I could get the SADI but my insurance won’t cover that one. I have heard people do so well with the weight loss and reversing diabetes. It’s just expensive without insurance. But would if I had the financial freedom! Bypass is also very successful too! Check out some podcasts like “the skinny truth” or check out Dr. Roller’s instagram. I listen to “Core Bariatrics” and “The Bariatric Grind”! They’re good listens in the car and super informative. Of course following your trusted surgeon’s recs are #1!

    Delivery and pregnancy with WLS

Thank you for all this great information. It’s a big help! I wish we all didn’t have to make these huge decisions but it helps to have this support through it all. I’m very grateful.
  3. Please help. I’m trying to decide if I should get wls and the right kind for me (sleeve, Sadi, minigb). I really want to have a healthy pregnancy afterwards. Do you have to deliver by C-Section after all wls? It is harder to have a healthy pregnancy/baby? Thank you for any help.
  4. Has anyone had ModDS or SADI with Dr. Valeriu E. Andrei in NJ? How was your experience?
  5. Thank you ❤️
  6. Are there any people with MS who can share their experience with modified duodenal switch surgery? Have there been any challenges that you would have liked to know about before surgery? Has nutrient deficiency been a problem? Also do you have a surgeon recommendation? How much time would you suggest to take off of work? Thank you kindly.

MS and Modified Duodenal Switch Surgery

    Thank you all!
  8. I had mine removed 2017 and it gave me relief because I had GERD. I was so much more comfortable and could eat without throwing up eventually. There’s still changes that have stayed like burping after meals and sometimes foods like rice and bread still feel harder to pass without liquid to help it down. But I’m happy I got mine removed because there’s no more Extreme GERD.
