I had my lap band combined with hiatal hernia surgery last Friday. Still very weak, but I came back to work with reduced hours on Tuesday. Might have pushed it tooo fast, especially considering I had two surgeries at the same time and also had another surgery 3 months ago. How long do you stay hungry? And everytime I drink the protein drink I get diarrhea. Feel really bad because I haven't started walking yet, but I just don't have the energy. I am also probably at the older rung of the ladder since I will be 62 in November. But today's 62 is yesterdays 40.:tt2:
