I am a private person. The only person that knows is my husband. He has been reluctantly supportive because of High blood pressure Sleep Apnea (awful) and pre diabetes. You make me feel good about this. TY. I guess I am a little ashamed that I could not do it on my own. But I have been under a strict dietary plan for 9 months and lost 23 lbs. Then they did a special test and found that even my resting rate of calories was not normal. They suggested by pass surgery....no way.
