  1. I am shy of 2 months post op and down some weight, and with that we are now moving into the realm of needing new undies.. Just upfront, I am women (she\her pronouns) so this may not hit the same way for the fellas, but I am sure others are struggling.. that said... What has been your strategy? I don't want to spend a huge amount on good compression undies, or fancy because I am hoping to continue this weight loss trend. Any recommendations of brand you used along the way? Is there a brand you swear by? Bralettes are also something I am looking for... I am busty and of course hate underwires.. If you're at your goal or maintaining, what has been your favorite brand of compression garments if you wear any? Right now I am pretty sure I could stand outside in my undies and set sail as soon as gust of wind came by..

    Liquid Diet Questions

Just finished not long ago my 3 week crawl through full fluid. My fav go to I've made is .5 cup of microfiltered lactose free protein milk, 1 tbsp of greek yogurt, 1tbsp peanut butter (i am not sure if this is okay on your preop.. but I tolerate it well post op and am very mindful of the fat content for the day, this is basically my fattiest meal), cocoa powder, probably .5 tbsp. and I put a full scoop of protein powder now, but was doing half a scoop before. I fill up my ninja smoothie cup the rest of the way with ice, blend it and it's like a peanut butter chocolate milkshake. Good luck!
  3. Sorry, such a newb question but I have been scouring my profile where I would easily update my weight loss? Any direction would be amazing. Thanks

    300+ Starting Weight Weight-loss Stories

My surgery was on the 4th of December, my starting weight prior to surgery and prep was 310. Down to 257 as of this morning. My group never made me feel like I was too big or not suited for surgery but the work you put in was what really showed. Hope everything goes well for you!
  5. The 3 week stall has finally lifted and I am so thankful lol

3 week stall - Just a rant from a newbie

Thank you all, you're all so kind!! I am coming to find that this journey is nice to have someone to relate to! I have been lucky and my best friend had his about a month prior to mine. Having him to compare and contrast and just vent to has been so crucial. I just guess I had more steam to blow off, and thankful its brought me encouragement from kind people. Thank you!!!💛
  7. Newbie here, first post! That said I have done my fair share of reading and creeping and have come to understand the 3 week stall is pretty common. That said... Tomorrow marks the 4th week post op and this entire week has had 0 loss. I have now lost 13 pounds post op bringing me to 17.4 in the last 30 days, and I feel like the surgery and the recovery was it worth 13 pounds? I feel stuck, I feel discouraged living like this during the holidays and not able to eat all the treats and food around. Now with the rant done, I am looking for a good puree to soft solids daily menu with food ratios that anyone can point me too? I am good at following a plan but suck at just making something up in a pinch, I have been planning but you know how it goes, sometimes you just don't feel like the things you made previously. I guess I just needed to vent, and in a space where others maybe have dealt with this themselves..
