Well right now, 10 days post surgery, I'm still on liquids. I saw the nutritionist and surgeon today and have been told that I can graduate to mushies. I'm not quite ready, though, and will probably begin sometime next week. I have really been enjoying watching the weight just melt off, lol.
For right now, my diet is:
Wake up, protein drink and one multi-vitamin
Mid morning, meal replacement/protein shake
Lunch, tomato soup (about a cup)
Evening, protein drink
Dinner, soup
And plenty of water throughout the day...Hope this helps.
