I must have been crazy to think that i could lose 34 # in a month and a half any way i am now 310.4 so please update me. -
My doctor was dr richard carter in arlington tx but there is a doctor Adam Smith in Fort Worth Tx who does my fills and also Dr Wade Barker in Dallas Tx Dr Smith is 817-850-1100 and i can remember dr Barker number it is 866 something but you can google him and his website will pop up. I hope that this helps

I'm at 8.25 or 8.5 in 10 cc band and I am tooooooo tight I was better when I was at 7.75 should have stayed there. hope this helps

Ok i forgot to ask why are you watching for dark urine???? Is that a sign of being dehydrated? -
I did not have a preop diet either I was just told not to eat or drink anything by mouth after midnight the night before surgery hope this helps.

hummmm was not able to eat breakfast lunch 2 steak fingers with gravy and 2 teaspoons of mashed potatos snack nacho's dinner baked chicken with 1 teaspoon corn and 1 tablespoon of rice uggggg threw up all of it. Dinner 2 1/3 cup of veggie soup with cheese and 1/3 cup rice crispies and milk. What are the brands of greek yogurt and where can I buy some, I'm sooooo tight its hard to keep anything down.

what size band do you have, and how many cc do you have in it? I think you need a slight unfill, I giving you advice and I need to listen to it myself. I had fill dec 13th and am sooooo tight from dec 13 to dec 29 I lost 15 pounds. where can I but greek yogurt and what's your favorite flavor? I see a lot of peopk talking about on here I just have never seen it in the store -
I would say walk also but 2-4 peppermint gas x strips worked really well for me, good luck and congrats.
