Thank you SO much. I could use some cheering on right now. I almost time for my "monthly gift" and I oflten times find myself munching on everything. Plus the fact that I am going through some trying times right now dont make things much better. I am trying so hard to stay focused but sometimes I catch myself when I have over eaten and most times its the wrong things. I didnt know that I was an emotional eater until now. Gotta get past that though because I still have a goal in mind and its very, very close. Thank you so much for your encouraging words. They mean alot!!!
