To be honest Everyone, All I have done is eat right and in small portions. I am young and have always been active, I had so much to lose that it has fallin off. Before surgery I could eat huge meals, 2 appetizers, salad, 32 oz steak, 3 sides, rolls, and a desert. Now a typical meal is 3 oz of steak and a 1/2 cup of steamed veggies. I simply had a portion control problem, and the band was really made for people like that. It has been a blessing in everyway. I don't cheat and eat the slider foods, I just do what I was told by my Doc and Dietician from the beginning. Including pre-op diet that I started on September 4th, 2008-Surgery was September 18th, 2008, I have lost 120lbs, Gone from a size 26 to a size 14.

Thank you for the compliment =]
I really am quite lucky, I don't have any specific diet or excersize. I just try and eat healthy and have portion control. I do swim and walk alot just from my daily life. It is mind of matter, The icecream goes threw the band so nice, doesn't mean I should eat it though! So I haven't. I am a self pay, I honestly believe that has played into the lvl of commitment as well, Didn't want to waste 17k lol =]
