i have but have not lost as much as i think i should but my md is sooo conservative. i feel that since im a nurse, i know what im gettin into and besides, his partner is more aggressive and just so happened that i talked to his partner and he told me how to approach him about being more aggressive so we'll see monday. I've lost 29# since my preop diet which was 10 before my surg date june 5. hope to hear from u soon!
