I purchased a pill crusher and I don't really like it. It does not crush them well. Does anyone had any luck? There are so many out there that I have no idea which one to choose.

Hello, My name is Crystal and I am from SC. I have already picked a Dr. Rowtiz from Anderson, SC to do my surgery I am just waiting on final approval from insurance.

My Dr says I need to write a letter to my insurance on what I have done in the past 6 months for weight loss. Has anyone else had to write a similar letter? If so please give me some suggestions on what to write. I am not good at writing letters and don't want to be denied b/c of this.
