Yes, same! I also have my surgery scheduled for 04/09/24. I am so ready though. There is just no backing out of this for me. I need this badly.

OMG I love your hair color as well. You look so much younger. Great job with the weight loss. I am going for the same hair color as well after losing my weight. You are a great inspiration.

Ugh! I hate the waiting process. My Surgeons office submitted for prior authorization yesterday 02/20/23. I realize it has only been a day lol but I am wondering how long you all waited to get approved by your Insurance?

Well I got Approved! That was super fast. I am so excited. 😉

Thanks guys. My first consultation was December 15th 2023 and I had all my other visits between then and February 15th. Completed all the things my Insurance wanted me to do which really ahs been easy and not much at all. I am thankful for such a great Insurance policy and I know it will be approved I am just so ready to start the process. My Surgeon does not set a date for surgery until the authorization comes through, understandable. I am hoping I can get this done in March.

Anyone been to Idaho BMI in Meridian and see Dr. David Brown? I am currently seeing him (on my 3rd month) and will hopefully be having surgery soon.

That 1st weight at the Surgeons office

I am very close to the 40 BMI like just a few lbs shy of it. I know I can get approved with a BMI of 39 with 1 or more co morbidities but it would seem easier is the BMI was 1 point higher lol. Anyhow my initial appointment is next month. Have any of you wore heavy clothing or padded a few areas with some extra weight? I can always gave weight without trying but now that I am wanting to lol its not happening.
