Hi Bobbie,
So far I have dropped 85lbs pre and post op, 33 post op. Here is my get tough checklist:
1. You went through a lot of pain and frustration to get here?don?t quit half way and you don?t want to give the naysayers a reason to talk. Work hard to shut them up.
2. Reward you self with a small present that you can look at to stay focused (Necklace or ring that will be with you at all times)
3. Forgive yourself for having plateaus we all will and take a little LAP-BAND??? vacation 2-3 days where you don?t weight in or worry just enjoy life for a few days with no guilt.
4. Next Saturday make some time to cook up good meals for the week
5. Do some web research, order a new video on a new form of exercise.
