I went to a store called Creative Kitchen ( I imagine and Kitchen / Cooking store, or resaraunt supply store would have them also ) I picked up Shrimp / Seafood Forks, and Demitase , or Cappucino Spoons :-) Good luck !

I live in ND, and when I google where to purchase these shoes, I only get Nordstroms ( not one around here ) or online dealers. Where do you buy yours? I won't buy shoes online because I'm so hard to fit! I can find Sketchers Shape-Ups here, but I'm really interested in MBT's. Any help would be great. Thanks!

So seriously - I'm down several sizes. I lost most of my weight in my boobs , my butt, hips and thighs ... Poor me, right? :tt2: lol But !! My waist is still about the same size ! How does that work??? I went from a 26/28 pants to a 18/20 . However, the 18's are just a bit snug at the waist, and bag out around my ass and hips and thights .... Anyone else going thru this ? It's such a strange feeling to be able to fit into XL or L , not XXXL or XXL - 18/20 , not 26/28. And my shoe size is shrinking as well ! This losing weight stuff is getting expensive :bored: hehehe But darn well worth it!

Yup - I use all small utinsils and plates. even juice size glasses. It really DOES help me alot. i eat smaller bites, and it takes a lot longer for me to finish my meal. Good luck to you! :-)

CWM, holy cow ! you really lost the weight! we were banded a few months apart ... what have you been doing to make it drop so quickly? I've tried some petites, as I'm 5'5", but some STILL come up above my ankles lol Looking forward to hearing from you soon! Bobbie

I've always had a defined waist line, thats why its so strange. i mean, yes, it went down a bit, but its more of a size 20 or 22 where as my hips and butt are more of an 18 or even a 16 . Goofy!! lol

Sounds like a familiar situation ... not me, but a couple of other banded friends. Well, right now the only thing i can think of is ... eat the Protein first. Even if its too salty or whatever. Just compensate with drinking plenty of Water thru the day. Only eat what you can ... and small portions of it. And IF possible, really try to control the sweets. Unfortunately, the calories and saturated fats add up mighty fast !!!! Venting is good. And this is the place to do it :-)
