Hello everyone my name is shawn i'm 29 i am married i am getting banded on 11/3/08 i noticed i'm the only guy on this thread i hope i can still be down lol!!!!

I GOT MY DATE IT IS 11/03/08. I AM SO EXCITED AND NERVOUS CONGRATS TO ALL OF YOU ON GETTING YOUR DATES!!!

I have united and now they are asking me for my medical history for the last five years. The problem is i just started going to the doctors in the last three. Dose anyone know what they are looking for and should i maybe get medical records from when i was in high school? Dose it have to be five years in a row. I just need some feed back please.

My wife has been very supportive through this process she been to every appointment she been great
