OK so I slept in my own bed last night, and ahhhhh what a lovely feeling that was. I woke up this morning feeling much better than yesterday. Still a little achy in my left shoulder but Im doing pretty good. Went to see my son do swimming lessons this morning, then to the shops for about 30 minutes. Im sitting here trying to eat a chocoloate yogo but I cant eat too much. Two mouth fulls and Im full already. Have you got any food into you as yet? I know what you mean about drinking the water, I dont like drinking it, but its gets better though.
