I live in Adelaide South Australia, SA is famous for our wine regions, some beautiful wines around here, not that i drink but there are some pretty good ones

I had my final appointment with the doctor today, lasted a good five minutes hahaha Had my weigh in I have lost 13kg not sure what that equals in pounds, but I was so excited.

Ive only been having the 2 optifast and then dinner, but I have been excercising a lot, going to the gym at least 4 times a week. I love it!!

I just checked out the Crystal Light, we dont have anything like that here, looks pretty good. Im gettting bored of water and cordial But hey its good for me right.
