Hiii friends. Had bypass done on Nov 21 just had my first sneeze and boy did that hurt!😅 also definitely Struggling with protein intake AND insomnia hope everyone is good. -

😥I am on week 2 of my PRE-OP and it’s purée foods for 4 days. I am on day 1 and I finished my lunch portion at 7pm - it’s so gross to me 😭 I don’t know how I’ll survive these 4 days and then have to do it again Post -Op. -

Hii all I am finishing Day 3 of my 2-week pre-op My pre-op is one week of low calorie foods + 4 puréed days + 3 liquid days. I am excited and nervous for surgery on Nov 21!!!
