Hello there I had my vsg on 11/13/23 and I been focus on protein but, but , I feel weak on my stomach . Today I had black tea with little stevia and low fat evaporated milk . And I feel very good . I had it in the morning and know . Breakfast egg lunch chicken only . Dinner chicken soup . I’ll take all comenta . Thank you . Oh my face I can nearly recognize my self But not my body . I haven’t started working out .
