HI.. have finally managedto reset my password!!..

Have finally decided to go with Dr d.. mainly because there are a lot of satisfied customers.. and I cannot find any recommendations for the clinic in Prague.. surgery, if the date is still available is 14/10.. anyidea which airport i need to fly into..assuming there is more than one!!!..
