From 356 to 230 and still counting October of 2024 will make a year words can’t explain how I feel love the fact that I went through with it

Had the same date I’m down about 87 lbs I’m food intake is very low I just eat protein chicken and fish everything else upsets my stomach can’t eat a lot can only eat like a wing drumstick n I’m full other then then that’s everything is going well

356 to 278 in 3 months still dropping feel great

I put on a xl hoodie for the 1st time in 10 years and looked good in it

As you heal you will be able to take in more I had mine on same day I’m in the same boat the water is a problem for me two so I try different drinks like crystal light gatorade zero and different zero sugar drinks as for the meals I take like 30-45 minutes to eat a meal with no water 30 minutes before or 30 minutes after works well for me

10/30 sleeve update 10/30 I was 355 11/29 I am 313 feel great have a lot of energy ready to get back to working Glad I made this decision to go through with this process got 100 more to go to get to my goal I’m pushing the only one in the way is me

So my doctor said I was well enough to move to soft foods starting Monday but I’m kinda scared don’t what to push it i’m wondering if anyone else feel this way have not had any problems yet with anything so far

I have a question how can you meal prep if u can’t reheat food in microwave

Well put I’m at a stand still to but this morning I put some a track suit I couldn’t fit in years this is a size 40 the jacket is a 3xl and I can swim in it so I’m at peace now

Had my surgery on the 10/30/23 7 day post op started at 355 lbs current 325 lbs been getting a lot on brain sabotaging can’t stay out of my phone look up symptoms of what I think is pain been to the er once because I thought something was wrong they give me a ct scan everything was good no blood clots even then I’m still thinking I have blood clots I feel great I’m up beat heart rate normal blood pressure normal idk know why wondering if anyone else is having this issue

So I’m at home now doing a lot better no pain so I’m take Tylenol for the pain I have a lot better still let it all the gas out

How are u doing post op

Do a lot of walking I stand up n drink my liquids so I can burp.

I’m out of surgery everything went well got down 10oz of water already feeling good took 5 laps walking got a lot of gas but overall no pain yet little discomfort but happy it’s done

Same we are here now ready for the change

I’m finally here Monday oct 30th at 6:30am getting a little bit nervous now I kicked this pre op diet butt have not been hungry the last couple of days even got a little energy but the weight stopped not losing anymore on the pre op just waiting on Monday to get here

I started on the 16th

Day 3 of pre op liquid diet down 1st 2days was crazy not so bad as I thought down 8lbs already 355 - 347 but I’m so tired can feel my body reacting already
