Im just about 2 weeks away from my lap banding on November 10th. I have say that after reading a lot of these blogs,Im still a bit scared. Especially when it comes to emotional eating. I often eat out of boredom and stress. I hope that if I blog every day that it will help me to cope and find the support I need. I have been searching for how to put my weight loss down on my blogs but so far havent found it. Im finding this site hard to figure out! I will keep trying and keep posting. Wish me luck!
