Im just about 2 weeks away from my lap banding on November 10th. I have say that after reading a lot of these blogs,Im still a bit scared. Especially when it comes to emotional eating. I often eat out of boredom and stress. I hope that if I blog every day that it will help me to cope and find the support I need. I have been searching for how to put my weight loss down on my blogs but so far havent found it. Im finding this site hard to figure out! I will keep trying and keep posting. Wish me luck! :confused:

Im exploring this site and hoping that it will provide me with support and encouragement as I procede with having the lap band procedure done. I'm in the process of going through all the pre surgery stuff. It seems like it takes forever to get it all done. Once I decided I really wanted to do this, Im anxious to get it done. I hope to make next summer the best ever and be well on my way to a new bathing suit!
