I'm doing okay. I haven't been tracking my food or working out the past two weeks. I weighted myself. Im 185. I'm just glad I didn't gain. I brought this new workout call Turbo Jam, by beach body. I love it. I wear a size 12. Im excited about that. I feel really good. I am just glad I haven't gave up. But this week I am going to try to get back on it hard.
