Every thing is going okay. Just slow. I think I lost 6 lbs. I weigh my self on Wednesdays. So tomorrow I'll know for sure. U know how your weight shifts back and forth so I don't want to get my hopes up. But if I did lose the six lbs, I'll lost 16 lbs all togther. I change my fill date from Dec. 15 to tommorrow. My appetite is back big time and feel like Im starving myself, but I'm not according to my sparks page. I'll let you know how the fill went. How are you and whats your progress?
