  1. When I was at my Heaviest I was at 44DD lost all the weight and was wearing a 36A. Now I have boobies via plastic surgery and I believe I will settle at 36DD once everything is dropped and fluffed. I am also tall and just bigger framed so they dont look super duper fake. I have to say that was the look I was going for. bwhen I walk in a room folks look and say "Wow shes blessed" not "wow those are some fake boobies" LOL We are about the same height, I am wearing a XS/S and size 4/6 pants now too. I got 495cc Gummy Bear Implants with high profile just for reference. Also to add, my doc told me I am all implant, I had almost no breast tissue so I needed an internal bra, and lift to go along with the augmentation. I was not willing to have a smaller implant so I paid extra to have all the things

    Oh no I wouldn't! I had drains in for 8days so they are still sore from when he took them out, moreso on my dominant side than the other. I go back on Tuesday to see what he says about at least walking and sexy time LOL

    I have another appointment on Tuesday to get more stitches removed. Its been a process, I had anchor stiches, drains, regular stiches haha all the things. But I am ready for a solid stair master workout, heck I would even settle for a stationary bike sesh which is my least favorite form of cardio. He mentioned that doing lower body and core as long as I wasnt putting so much strain on my upper body would be fine, he suggested hiking too. I am back at work today so already I am feeling better about my day. Such as having my meals prepped, tracking, drinking my water and going to walk short distances today too. So heres to getting back on track!

    Oh gosh!! Before I got my surgery and was forced to stop exercising my lower back was in excruciating pain and then my knees were bad. And I do not wanna extend being out any longer than I need to be! Idk if running will be in the cards for awhile but dang a good stairmaster workout? Squats? Something! But yes I will TRY to do as you say! 🤣

    He wants me to walk short distances, but I had to get an internal bra and he diesnt want me swollen where a pocket will get created to have the implant be in my armpit lol so I’m trying to be good and take it as easy as possible but it’s effing hard

    My surgeon hasn’t cleared me yet. I tried walking and I got super swollen then next day so I’m hoping tomorrow when I get my drains out he clears me 😭 once he does I’m going to be in the move lol

    @NickelChip definitely puts my mind to ease! I haven’t been eating the best- too many comfort foods while I’m recovering so I know with no movement and the extra calories I’ve put on a couple of pounds and as @kristieshannon stated the implants do weigh some which mine are about 4lbs together. I love the results as each day passes and I’m healing, and I know once I get back into my routine that I’ll shed the extra goodies weight off- I am more complaining and being too hard on myself.

    So I am trying to navigate everything with new boobs haha. They are bigger than I thought they would be which is not a bad thing. I am 5 days post op and will be getting my drains out Tuesday. Hopefully. I had an appointment yesterday and he said I’m more swollen than he would like me to be, which being sedentary is so damn hard for me, but I am trying! Anywho I go back to work on Wednesday and I am wondering what you all wore to work? Im not sure if I need to go buy more button ups? Or can I put tshirts on. I have no issues lifting my arms above my head but it’s a no no for a few weeks. I’m in a casual office setting. Usually nice tops and jeans. Also I knowwwww I shouldn’t have stepped on the scale but it’s 10lb up and now im unhealthily nit picking my body. I put on jeans and they were so damn tight. Someone tell me it’s not fat weight 😂

    Yes! It’s getting easier as the days go by! Friday I’ll be drain free and only needing 1 bra. The one they ordered was slightly too big so they wrapped me too. But can’t wait to see Friday!

    @FifiLux I did it! Omg recovery has been tough. They said it was a difficult surgery, took longer than anticipated but he said they look great and I’ll be happy with the results. I have drains and I’m just really sore. Like I did a tough workout. But the hubby had to change out the bandages and he said they look amazing and they look like 20yr old never had kids boobies lol
  15. As Christmas and the New Year are approaching, I wanted to see what your goals for the new year are, mine are to drink more water and less negative self talk. I have been doing some work on my mental game. Body dysmorphia is and negative self talk is a B!
  16. I am researching Naked Whey protein powder, Nutricost or Quest? I need a good protein powder for my post run midday meal. I usually eat my lunch but there are times where my lunch is a little bit too heavy.

    also! I have been drinking this healthy hot chocolate. its 4oz of unsweetened almond milk, 1-2tsp of pure maple syrup, 1 scoop of cocao bliss, 1 tsp of raw cacao powder and 1 tsp of coconut oil. It is DELISH! super clean, and really makes your warm and your belly full.

    omg, I effed up these last two days and ate all that is sugar and carbs! My workout today was so freaking hard, waking up was tough, and I feel super tired. So now I know why I don't eat like sh**! it was an eye opener and I have been back at it and feeling already so much better! I was totally fine then started to drink a diet soda here and there and it upkicked my cravings for it. The best advice is DIG REALLY DEEP and remember your why! My why are my kids and husband. I want to be and feel the best possible version I can do be for them. They deserve and heck I deserve it too! I had a nice time and enjoyed all the treats but I know that isnt me anymore and now I am back on track. Also I would go back to the basics, low carb and high protein. Chew gum, get flavors for your water, sugar free popsicles.

    Need opinion

    I think your doing great! My program was strict on carb intake which in the beginning I was able to easily adhere to, however veggies, fruit and a bunch of good whole foods have carbs so its okay to eat them. We need them for our energy. Your protein is amazing! I also cook for my family; hubby and 3 kids. I just adjust. I eat what they eat just cut out the carby. With spaghetti, I just eat the meat sauce and put it on top of spaghetti squash or zoodles, or if I am making hamburgers I just eat the patty. My family is eating better now too, now I get lean ground beef, only eat chicken breast, we do lightly breaded chicken, so that might help with your journey too.
