    Went to see Dr. G yesterday. He was very proud of me for having officially lost 100 pounds. I had my husband come in and hear what he had to say since my husband tends to be a bit negative about my diet and weight loss, never thinking I am doing enough. I have lost 1/3 my weight in less than a year. Dr. G said that I will be a size 12 in 2 years. I hope so.
