Don't give up! This will work for you. I was banded on 9/2 and our surgeon was very strict on doing too much within the first 30 days. We were told to "work up to" 30 minutes of walking in 30 days. Are you trying to push yourself to fast too soon? Are you getting in enough protein? You will reach your goals and be the person you want to be. Pray for strength!!

Hello all! I am a 36 year old mother of 3 girls. I was banded on Sept. 2nd also and feel great! I'm in Texas and my surgeon keeps us on liquids for 2 weeks, then progress to pureed for 2 wks before starting soft/tolerated foods. I started this wonderful (yet a bit scary) journey at 217 and am already down to 200. The compliments have already started and it feels so good! Hope to hear back from ya'll. Feel free to email.
