I highly recommend Dr.Cywes. He has been nothing but spectacular since I was banded. I have nothing negative to say about him and the people at his office. They really care about you. Dr.Cywes and staff are really there for you when you need that boost of help. I think there are only a few people that touch your life and for me thats Dr.Cywes. I think the band is the tool but you need people that will help guide you on this journey. For my that has been been my family, Dr.Cywes and the GREAT people at his office. I got my band Jan 15th 09 and I have already lost 85lbs. V/R Gabby

Well my one year band anniversary is coming up and I thought I would be down more weight but I'm not. I have not really been working at it in the last month. I'm back on track and I hope to have they last 35lbs off. I'm down 105lbs...you would think I would be happy about that but I'm not. I wanted to be down 120lbs in one year. I think I'm to hard on myself and need to back off some. it;s been a long hard year but I'm all most there. I NEVER know how addicted to food I was until I got the band!! Everyday is a struggle my addiction to food . My Dh is about to deploy for a year and in the past I had food to deal with stress and I don't want to go back to that.. How has everyone done in their 1st year?? How are you dealing with your food addiction ??

My 1 year goal is to take off 120's. I started at 272 and I'm at 172 right now. My weight loss has started to slwo down now that i'm getting closer to goal and they said this would happen.

Congrats on your twins !! I have twin girls:) they are 6 years old now I LOVE LOVE having twins.. I made it to 37weeks with my twins. I wish you the best of luck!! congrats again!! Gabby
