Hello, I just joined! My surgery was July 27th! The first night I was in a ton of pain, but it's getting better every day. I'm trying to walk a lot but I get very dizzy after around ten minutes. I've been drinking all my protein shakes, but I'm struggling with my water. I feel like I'm constantly drinking and still not getting enough!
