They may make you attend one of the information sessions go to Surgical Weight Management - Bariatric Weight Loss Surgeons in Atlanta, Georgia performing Lap-Band and Gastric Bypass Surgeries for dates and times. They are great with getting you in for appointments. Shawna is wonderful about guiding you through the steps and submitting paperwork. My approval came through in about 2 days.
