dont judge restrictions on your liquids. what i learned is that when i eat dried foods like dry chicken, turkey, meat i get good restriction. I have had 3 fills, the first he put in 5cc's under x-ray so he could judge restriction.....next two fills were only 0.5cc's and my third one hit the spot. I cant say its my sweet spot but after 1 week i am down another 7 lbs. Be careful what your eating, i thought i was doing the right things but they were just slider foods and i thought they werent. I was eating salad with a tiny bit of dressing and doc says thats a no-no....all water and saturated fat...and this is a slider food....
