Hi all got weighed in today plus a small fill .I was delighted as i lost 8 lb taking me to the magic FIVE STONE LOST MARK on the scales.So liquids for a few days and hopefully that will take me under 18st.Cant work out how they tickers go on so i have just adjusted my signature to show my progress.

Ye it looks a good one.I think your looking realy good in the photos and you have lost so much weight off you face and shoulder area.Did you over indulge with the food or were you a good girl.?

Well done gillian for saying to wendys man about the six month package .If you had not of said to him i think there would be alot of people out of pocket paying for the twelve month package when they dont realy have the money to do so.:ihih:

When i paid my deposit i emailed him to tell him i had done this and sent my flight details for going out and coming back.

homecare you dont normaly hear from fred or dr chris before the op .I had to send fred my flight details so the taxi driver new when your arriving.He will be holding up a sign with the ecfs logo on it.And they expect you to follow a low fat diet for two weeks before the op.

No t bird you do not have to pay an extra £120 .The £120 is if you are doing indavigal fills you would get the assessment and a fill then after that you would pay £85 each fill after that.All you have to pay for the package is£349.

I dint know why that is .I think there was someone on here a few days ago saying the just booked up a six months package.And there is quite a few on here that were new bandsters and got the six month package.:confused:

Yes i would recomend wls.Wendy who gives you your fills is realy friendly and will give you plenty advice if you need it .Plus you know with the six months package you will gauranteed to be at your sweet spot before it ends.

Hi flirty if you want to tackle the smoking you should give allen carrs easyway to give up smoking book a read.I bought the book 3 years ago off of ebay for three pound and i have not smoked since.It will not work for everyone but for me i read it inside three days and i never smoked since ,My partner michelle read it a week later and she has never smoked since .The two of us were 20 a day smokers so we have saved a small fortune with giving up for the last 3 years .For the sake of a few £ its worth the try.

Alright gaz good to see you had a good time in ibiza you party animal.Thats the feeling i get that my food backs up alot quicker than it used to before.I dont know what kind of restriction you have just now but before when i did not have restriction and ate food too quick it backed up and i would get the gloop or the pb as i call it.But now after a small tea plate of food when i feel if as i am going to get to the stage when i am going to pb i stop eating so i dont get it if that makes sense.So the band definitely works by making you think how much you can eat and if you have had pb you will know it is not a nice feeling.

I go for my fills in glasgow and use a company called wls group im sure they do fills in ireland.Just google it and they have all there fill venues there hope this helps.

HAHAHAHAHA flirty thats so true everything you said about going shoppimg with your mammy.I used to come out the shops in a huff too taking it out on ma mam is if it was her fault that nothing in the shop fitted me or looked like shit and wouldnt sit on me right because of my size. I will wear the suit with pride as i was always too embarressed to wear one because of my size. And your so right about searching for a month before your going somewhere special that was me .

Thanks flirty ye im chuffed as any other holiday i have been on i have put weight on so it is a first for me. Good for you getting in to a 16 top and bottem .Thats what makes the diffrence for me is that i can go in to most shops and take clothes off the peg instead of going in to special shops for 4xls and paying through the nose for clothes that would usualy cost half the price.

Well i just thought i would give yous a up date on my progress. I got weighed in today and i have lost 6lb for the month so not to bad considering i had a naughty week in spain with all that lovley food and drink.lol I got 0.25 in my band taking me to 9cc so i think this will be the one to take me to the sweet spot. I am going to realy push this month to get as much weight off as possible as i am going to a wedding in july in the cameron house hotel(a posh hotel in the banks of loch lomand) . I have never wore a suit before so im wanting to get down as much weight before i get fitted.
