Hi Jen, I am from NY too. I live about 1 1/2 hrs out side of NYC.

dont get discouraged about the weight loss it will happen ,it just

takes time,believe me I know I have now lost a total of 43 pounds

I just got another refill last week I am hopping it will work this time.so far so good I am not as hungry as I was even with having pms. thats the worst time for me keep in touch and let me know how you are doing.
