Hi I was a March bander. But really had a hard time losing the weight and really really hard time. I believe I am just starting the shed the pounds off. I started at 223 when I first go the band, and got down to 195 I couldn't go any lower. So tried a few different methods trainer, gym membership. But couldn't grasp on the new diet and exercise plan until this year when I found a great personal trainer who works with me and gives me great fat burning pills and a detailed food day by day of what I should be eating. I have fell off of it a couple of times but is now making a great progress in April 2009 I weighed in at 215 and now August 2009 I weigh in at 200 pds. Now I am at a point where I can't get pass this 199 -200 mark. But I have noticed I cheat alot more often more of an emotional eater or from being bored so now I am trying to keep myself busy. Not sitting at my desk all day. I am 24 work at a home based business with my family so i live and work in the same place so that had advantages and a whole bunch of disadvantages. So now when i get bored im going to either go was a walk, call a family member or a friend, and start back crocheting.

First of all sorry if you were offended but i don't believe anyone is trying to be predjudice or mean, you asked we answered, my OPINION is that you should not do your own fills, first its dangerous, and you might think everything is going fine now but what if something happens in the long run becasue of this. So this again is an opinion, if you didn't want to hear the truth you shouldn't have posted this thread. What you want us to lie and say oh yea go ahead do your fills yourself.....um...NO sorry

terriable and bad decision idea

Ok the pain that i have been feelin for a couple of weeks now, its a pain where my band is i have only have 1 fill and its been a while, because i am soon deciding to take it off since i have been going to the gym and seeing results MAJOR!!! but anyways i was wondering what this pain is, Slippage? Erosion?

I am in i am loosing very slowly

:help: Ok heres my problem I have not lost any weight maybe like 2-3pds. I don't eat alot i cut out sweets and i only drink Water or tea i try and eat yougurt for Breakfast. I know my real problem is not exercising I have had the lap band since March 2006 and its july 2006 am i just a slow one?:help: I did already have my first fill i believe he gave me 1.4cc and i think i need another one, but sometime i still have probelems eating my foods so should i get another fill or should i just wait?:help:
