The day of surgery thanks to the pain meds all I wanted to do was walk walk walk and that helped me so so much. I was not drinking as much as I should have, please be sure you do. The second day I was a lot more sore. Please be sure you have someone with you, it can be hard to get up or into bed etc. After a week, I felt so so much better!
