Im 11 days post op and im kind of regretting this. I miss eating, and by that i mean chewing and having that flavor. everything i can eat right now is soft and bland. I cant wait till I have more options and maybe i wont be so down on it.

My hunger is coming back stronger than ever! Foods don't really bother my stomach anymore. I still can only eat a few bits and be full but hungry again in like 15 min. How do I stop this??? or make it easier

Im start to get hungry faster these days and i hate it!!!

3 weeks post op and anything that Im allowed to have just doesnt sit well with me and im nervous about what if other foods are the same way moving forward.

I keep hearing that and I wanna believe it but Im still scared I wont!

Im almost 6 weeks post op and i wanna eat without feeling discomfort!!!! Its like i dont even want to eat anymore cus nothing sounds good and i dont want to be in pain. Im scared that it will be like this forever!

Hey yall! Im 3 weeks out tomorrow and im on a stall today is day 4. Now im overthinking about is this it? is this all im going to lose? Im down 30lbs since my 1 week pre op diet and Im kinda doubting everything. I know everyone says "Trust the process" and im trying to!

I have a work vacation planned in january. I will be 8 months post op and was wondering how much weight everyone lost within that time. I know everyone is different but im just trying to get an idea. HW: 325 SW: 296 5'7 Surgery date was 6/9/23

Ive been soooooo tempted to start something a week early. I can eat tuna and shaved deli mean next friday and I cannot wait!!!!!!!!!!!

Ill be 3 weeks post op tomorrow and its really hard!! I just want something solid to eat....like meat! I have one more week till I can start Tuna and shaved deli meat so Im excited about that. Ive hit my first stall and its a little discouraging but i see pics and can definitely still see a difference. I cant really stomach anything with artificial flavor like the drink enhancers or anything like that. My taste buds have seem to changed. I cannot take the protein shakes no more, i cant eat refried beans anymore or cream of chicken soup. and i use to love those things....People keep telling me it gets better so im keeping hope!!!

Im afraid im going to fail it! Im having a hard time sticking to what im suppose to be eating. I really dont want to mess this up so im going to work harder. I dont want to have done this for no reason! I feel like i cant real express myself without being bashed and just told i need a therapist

Im 2 weeks post op and on stage 3 of my diet so upgraded to soft reduced fat cheeses and eggs. last week I upgraded from liquid diet ro pureed beans and soups. I then tried refried beans and cream of chicken soup and gagged on both. I tried eggs today and it didnt make me gag but it just didnt taste good. I WANT MEAT!!!!! In 2 weeks I'm able to upgrade to shaved deli meats and fish so im excited about that but i feel like its going to take forever!!!!

Im glad im not the only one who has had this feeling!!!
