    Lost 77 lbs, still feel "fat"?

    I know that feeling. I still feel fat and i know i'm not after loseing 105lbs. I'm healthier than when I began, off all meds. But I still think fat. i guess its just something just to work on. Congratualtions on your success

    How many days per week for exercise?

    I workout 4 days a week 2 days 1 hour cardio and half hour weights 2 days 30 mins each weight training and abs. I have lost 105 lbs, so it works for me.

    No Exercise

    That is a great start keep going!!! You have to workout, you will see a big difference in weight lost. I for one was never a gym person, now 3 years later i can't stop myself. I'm down 100 and have my band 3 years feb2.
